LLR Digital Skills Centre: Request for Academic Workshops

On request by Academic Staff, the Digital Skills Centre can deliver bespoke training sessions for students on any of the topics we cover. 

Examples of the type of support we can provide include, but are not limited to:

• A single Induction Session at the start of a new Semester, ensuring that students are up and running with accessing IT at LSBU, including my.lsbu and Moodle
• Focused skills-development sessions, such as 'Formatting your Assignment' or 'Charting in Excel', aimed at ensuring students establish a solid baseline digital capability for their learning
• Structured learning programmes leading to Microsoft Office Specialist certification

These sessions can be embedded within Module Programmes and timetabled so that they are delivered at the optimum stage in the students' learning.
