How to write an essay

 

What is the purpose of essay?

Essay is set to provide you with the opportunity to display your knowledge and understanding of a particular topic.

An essay contains three main elements:

  1. Introduction,
  2. main body of arguments, analysis and evaluation,
  3. Conclusion.

 

How to write an effective essay?

To write a good essay, you should:have a good understanding of what you are been asked to do,

  • plan how to gather relevant information,
  • think about how you will present your essay,
  • use appropriate language and writing style that reflects for your subject discipline.
