You may decide you want to use RefWorks to formulate your references and, with Business Source Premier, you can send articles straight to your account.
Once you have clicked on an article title, on the right hand side you'll see the word Export:
You then need to make sure you select Direct Export to RefWorks and then click on Save. This will prompt RefWorks to open (you may need to sign in if you haven't already done so) and then the citation will appear in RefWorks.
