Campus and help desk support

All our library help desks offer face-to-face advice and support.

Library services

• Checking your library account; 
• Finding books and other resources in the library; 
• Borrowing, returning and placing holds on resources;
• Directional support.

Student IT support services

• Accessing your LSBU IT account including email, MyAccount and Moodle VLE;
• Submitting assignments;
• Password resets;
• Connecting to our eduroam Wi-Fi network on a laptop and mobile devices;
• Software downloads including Microsoft Office 365;
• Software troubleshooting.

Phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Student IT support at Havering Campus

You can access training and support on the Microsoft Office Suite by booking a one-to-one appointment or signing up for a range of workshops.
