Description, Analysis, Evaluation (1)
When you are writing, start to think in terms of:
- Description,
- Analysis,
- Evaluation
You'll do all three - but are you aware of which one you are doing in any particular paragraph? And do you know why?
A common problem is too much description and not enough analysis and evaluation.
In the next section, you'll learn more about the differences between these three types of writing.
