Bibliography

In addition to the OSCOLA footnotes, your lecturer might want to produce a bibliography.

This should include all of the reading you have done for the assignment, whether you have cited it or not.

It should be arranged by cases, then legislation, then a list of all your secondary sources arranged alphabetically by the surname of the author.

Note: in footnotes the author's name is written out in full eg. Elizabeth Fisher; in the bibliography it is written as Fisher, E.
