How to access  Microsoft OneDrive

  1. Click https://www.office.com

  2. Sign in using your Lambeth College email (ID-Number@student.lambeth.ac.uk) and Password

  3. Click the app launcher Ms app launcher

  4. Click OneDrive icononedrive icon

  5. Click a File or Folder to open


How to Upload files or folders to Microsoft OneDrive

With FireFox, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome:

  1. Click to Sign in to https://www.office.com

  2. Click the app launcher MS app launcher

  3. Click OneDrive icon onedrive icon

  4. Click Upload and then click Files or Folder

  5. Select the files or folder you want to upload

  6. Select Open or Select Folder.

With other browsers:

  • Select Upload, select the files you want to upload, and select Open.

  • If you don't see Upload > Folder, create a folder, and then upload the files to that folder.

Note: If you have the OneDrive sync app installed, you can also upload with File Explorer. Select the files you want to upload, and drag them to OneDrive in the File Explorer Navigation pane.


Save a file to  Microsoft OneDrive

  1. Click File and then click Save a Copy

  2. Select OneDrive - Lambeth College

  3. Type a file name

  4. If you want to save to another folder, click Browse, and select the folder you want.

  5. Click Save.

The next time you open the Office app, you'll see your saved file in the Recent list.
