All our library help desks offer face-to-face advice and support.

Library Services

  • Finding books and other print and DVD resources in the library; 
  • Borrowing and returning resources;

Student IT Support Services

  • Accessing your LSBU account including E-mail and Moodle;
  • Submitting coursework assignments;
  • Password resets;
  • Connecting to our Eduroam Wi-Fi network on laptop and mobile devices;
  • Software downloads including Microsoft Office;
  • Software troubleshooting.
