5. Linking
Facts:
Links between paragraphs can really improve the flow of your writing, making it clearer and easier to read. There are many ways to link paragraphs together. One way to link paragraphs is by using phrases that tell the reader what you are doing.
Examples:
- For changing the subject, e.g. "We now move on to the subject of aspiration of injections."
- For saying more about the same subject, e.g. "Another problem regarding disguise in Love's Labours Lost is accountability."
- For looking at the other side of an argument, e.g. "Even so, this system does also have two important problems."
