Activities to Help You Get Ready for UniversityThe Skills for Learning team are there to support you in building your fundamental academic skills such as reading, academic writing and critical thinking. They can also help you to improve your grammar and presentation skills. They have prepared a selection of materials that they encourage you to try out before you come to LSBU. MyAccount is the key place to access all that you will need for your studies at LSBU, the main gateway to everything else.
You can find answers to many questions in our easy to use FAQs and if you still need help, you can contact all the university teams from here - including your academic team, student services and of course the library and student IT support teams.
Login as 'A current LSBU Student' and enter your LSBU email address and password.
Our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is called Moodle.
All your course related information will be in Moodle, lecture notes, readings and assignments.

All online lectures and events will be via Microsoft Teams. Make sure that you can access it and get familiar with this platform so you are ready to go.
