  4. Topic: Choose Library or Student IT
  5. Give a clear explanation of your enquiry with screenshots if necessary.

All our library and student IT support help desks offer face-to-face and online support.


Library services

  • Checking your library account; 
  • Finding books and other resources in the library; 
  • Borrowing, returning and placing holds on resources;
  • Help finding and using the library facilities.

 Student IT support services

  • Accessing your LSBU IT accounts including email, MyAccount and Moodle VLE;
  • Submitting assignments;
  • Password problems;
  • Connecting to our eduroam Wi-Fi network on a laptop and mobile devices;
  • Software downloads including Microsoft Office 365;
  • Software troubleshooting.
