LLR for Academics

Access Your Module List

Staff guide to Reading Lists Online

Each year, in late May, the Library rolls over all published reading lists from the previous year to draft status. You can then edit your newly rolled over draft reading list, which is much easier than creating a new reading list from scratch each year.

Where can I find my module's 24/25 reading list?
You can access your reading list from Reading Lists Online or via Moodle:

  • Login to Reading Lists Online (RLO) https://readinglist.lsbu.ac.uk and search for the module, or
  • Access the 23/24 reading list on your Moodle site and follow the link to the new version.

You don't have to wait until the 24/25 Moodle site is live before you can access the reading list.

I cannot see my reading list in the system:

  • Have you logged in to RLO? 24/25 reading lists are still in draft status which are visible after login. The login button is at the top right corner on the green bar.
  • Are you taking over the module this year? You may not have been given the Instructor status to access the list. You can ask the previous module leader to assign the list to you, or just email us to add the module to your profile.
  • Was there a reading list available from last year? We only roll over published, active reading lists from the previous year. Contact us if you need any help.
  • Is it a new module running for the first time this year? You may need to Create a New Reading List instead.
