Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a two-step verification method for your LSBU IT account, using your mobile phone or tablet for Microsoft to verify your identity. Once this is set up, it is easy to use and is more secure than just your email address and password.

You must set up MFA when you first activate your IT account and keep it up to date so you so not lose access to your account.

To set up MFA, you will need a computer and an IOS or Android device. If you experience any issues setting up your MFA, please get in touch.

Passwords must now be at least 15 characters! ***************
