  Enquiries which are in Salesforce and need to be passed to this team should be Closed with a reason chosen as 'Forwarded to international enquiry team'.  Important:  under the 'actions' section you must also tick the box marked 'Sent to QSES'.  This sends case to our external company QSES who handle international student enquiries. Case is automatically closed in Salesforce as QSES will reply via the Global email account
