To refer to a whole collection of manuscripts, use the name of the collection.

You will need:

• Location of collection in archive or repository
• Year/s
• Name of collection
• Catalogue/reference number

Format:

Location of collection in archive or repository (Year/s) Name of collection. Catalogue/reference number.

Example:

University Archives, London South Bank University (c.1970-1980s) DS – David Singmaster. Reference number: DS.
