LSBU Harvard Referencing: Map (print)

To reference a map from Digimap use the Digimap guidelines.

You will need:

• Name of the author(s)
• Year of publication
• Title of the map and scale
• Map series
• Place of publication
• Publisher

Format:

Author’s name, Initials (Year) Title of map, scale (Series). Place of publication: publisher.

Example:

Ordnance Survey (2015) Map of Isle of Wight, 1:25,000 (OS Explorer Map OL29). Southampton: Ordnance Survey.

In-text citation: (Ordnance Survey, 2015)
